HUMAN RESOURCES/TRAINING MANAGER
Applicants are invited to apply for this new position. The
successful applicant will manage a small team of staff and will
have overall responsibility for driving forward the HR/Training
function for the Trust, which employs 150 staff plus volunteers.
The post holder will be a member of the HR Team of the Rehab Group
and will contribute to the development and execution of Group HR
strategy.
The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse and hold the
C.I.P.D. qualification, with a recognised teaching certificate.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a proven track record
and knowledge in HR best
practice and possess excellent organisation and communication
