Facilities for
Hire
Chaseley has a number of accessible rooms
available for hire to local groups and individuals, at reasonable
rates. Suitable for functions, exhibitions and meetings.
guests may also make use of our CaSBAR coffee shop and bar, our
on-site caterers, our garden terrace and a range of equipment,
including trestle tables and chairs, overhead projector, LCD
projector, television and VCR, Karaoke machine, small marquee,
gazebos, power point facilities, drop down screen and surround
sound system.
Rooms available to hire
are:
The Atkinson Room -
our largest room and can be combined with the Atkinson
Annexe or used separately. Ideal for conferences, art
exhibitions, wedding receptions and parties, the size lends itself
to a wide range of events. The Atkinson Room has power point
facilities, a drop down screen, internet access and a ‘cinema’
effect surround sound system. A hearing loop system is also
installed.
The Atkinson Annexe -
This smaller room has meeting facilities for 10/12 boardroom style,
but can also be used as a venue for lunch or open up into the
Atkinson Room. It has doors that open to a small
patio.
The Carmichael Room -
This room has been provided for meetings which require privacy and
can be used theatre style, or as a boardroom for 12. It opens
up onto our garden. We have internet access and power point
facilities on request. A hearing loop system is also
installed.
On site caterers - Our
caterers can provide a wide range of options, from simple
refreshments, a sandwich or buffet lunch, to something more
elaborate. We will work with you to ensure we meet your
expectations.
Garden - our
lovely garden overlooks the sea, and has a large terrace with
patio tables and chairs. We can provide a
small marquee in the garden, along with a number of gazebos, and we
have garden chairs and benches available.
Facilities - we have
dedicated wheelchair accessible toilets.
Costs - room hire
is from £12.50 per hour (concessions may be available to ex-service
and allied charitable organisations). Weekday hire is from
0900 to 1700 and all day or morning/afternoon sessions are
available. Weekends/evenings by special arrangement.
Our equipment can also be hired at nominal costs, so please contact
us to discuss your requirements.
